Ingredients

• 2 lemons
• 1 bunch of fresh mint
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 cup sugar (according your taste)
• 1 l water
• 200 mg ice cubes
• 1 tbsp orange blossom water/rose water

Instructions

1. Peel lemons, cut them in half and remove any seeds it contains.

2. Transfer into a blender, add sugar, salt, blossom water and mint

3. Blend until completely smooth.

4. Pour into cups and serve with ice immediately.
