Homemade Corn Dogs

Easy Corn Dogs Recipe with Honey Mustard Sauce
Corn Dogs pinit

Corn Dogs are a very delicious fusion of flavors, making for the perfect Ramadan recipe that everyone will love! It’s crunchy and cheesy with sausage and honey mustard sauce that is just too good.

Instructions

These Corn Dogs are crunchy, cheesy, chewy and so so delicious. Here’s how to make it at home and even better! Follow my simple step-by-step instructions:

1.) Start off with all dry ingredients, in a stirring bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, and paprika powder and mix well. Add milk and eggs, mix everything to lump-free with the baking whisk, then scrape with a spatula the remaining lumps from the bowl and mix well.

2.) Prepare your fillings. I choose halal sausage and cheese (using mozzarella sticks). You can choose half cheese, half sausage or cheese only, or sausage only. It’s optional how you like it. Sprinkle some flour on each of your desired filling, so butter will stick better.

3.) Top cheese and sausage on bamboo sticks and dip into butter.

4.) Remove from butter and coat into breadcrumbs instantly, so the dough is coated well.
