These Eid Bonbons were designed for special occasions like Eid Al-Firt or Eid-Adha.

WHAT MOULD TO USE

You can make 5 different styles using one silicone chocolate mould of your choice. It doesn’t need to be the same chocolate mould, but the recipes below were specially developed for Spiral chocolate mould. I do recommend getting this Spiral silicone chocolate mould, easily available on Temu or Amazon.

BONBONS RECIPES

1. PISTACHIO BONBONS

150 g white chocolate in moulds and freeze for 10 minutes

fILLING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 12 BONBONS:
  • 200 g Pistachios
  • 150 g biscuits
  • 60 g sweet condensed milk
  • 1 drop of food coloring
  • Decorate: sprinkle with ground pistachios and rose petals

2. COCONUT BONBONS

150 g melted milk chocolate in mould and freeze for 10 minutes

fILLING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 12 BONBONS:
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 80 ml sweet condensed milk
  • Center: 50 g caramel sauce

3. tAHINI BONBONS

150 g dark melted chocolate + 2 tbsp sesame seeds – mix

fILLING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 12 BONBONS:
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • Halwa filling:
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 100 g milk powder
  • 100 ml tahini
  • 30 g halved pistachios
  • Bottom: dark chocolate, sprinkled with sesame seeds
  • Center: white chocolate

4. CARROT CAKE BONBONS

150 g melted chocolate in moulds and freeze for 10 minutes

fILLING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 12 BONBONS:
  • 1 cooked carrot
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 100 g almond flour (ground or chopped almonds)
  • 120 g biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp sweet condensed milk
  • 1 tbs cinnamon powder
  • Center: Biscoff spread, whole pecans

5. BISCOFF BONBONS

150 g melted white chocolate + 1 Tbsp Biscoff (melt altogether) put in moulds and freeze for 10 minutes.

fILLING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 12 BONBONS:
  • 200 g Biscoff biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 60 g hazelnuts
  • Center: Biscoff spread
  • Decorate: sprinkle with ground Biscoff biscuits
