Where to get Silicone Mould

For these cake candies bonbons, you will need Silicone Spiral Cake Candies Mould. I got mine from Amazon, but you can also get it from Temu.
Just simply search under: Silicone Spiral Cake Candies Mould. Intignis Store on Amazon.uk has them, too. They have a lot of different styles, according to your likes.

What Ingredients You will Need

To make these lick finger Coconut Bonbons delicious you will need the following:

200 g desiccated coconut
1/3 of sweet condensed milk can (add a bit more if required to get a chewy texture)
200 g milk chocolate
50 g store-bought caramel. Caramel Biscoff spread (from Aldi) will work great, too

Instructions

Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and then spoon chocolate into moulds. Using a brush spread chocolate on the edges evenly.

Place into the freezer for 10 minutes and add another layer of chocolate using a brush to make sure the chocolate is well spread on the bottom and edges of moulds. Pop in the freezer again for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix coconut with sweet condensed milk and mix everything well until well incorporated.

Remove the mould from the freezer and fill the moulds with coconut filling. Press filling gently into moulds and flatten the surface on the top. You may cover the coconut filling with the remaining chocolate, but I leave it uncovered.

Place into the freezer for a good 30 minutes or more. Chocolate needs to harden perfectly for easy removal from moulds.

After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer, and gently and carefully separate edges from bonbons and then remove bonbons one by one.

Fill the center of the bonbons with caramel sauce using a piping bag.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week. Have a blessed Ramadan and happy Eid!
