These Tuna Corn Fritters are crispy, crunchy, spicy, fulfilling, and so easy to make, perfect for lunch, dinner, or as a snack.
Welcome to my Tuna recipes series, where I make mindful recipes with healthy and affordable ingredients.
This time I'm making these crunchy Tuna Corn Fritters and making notes it's gonna be delicious. Surprisingly canned tuna or tuna pots can be turned into delicious lunches and dinners in a couple minutes. Hassle-free preparation, so keep always some pots in case you need an emergency dinner, crave for good portion of the protein or simply want something new and delicious!
To make Tuna Corn Fitters delicious, I choose to pack them with all flavours and nutrients. Everything picked is fresh and healthy. Here are the ingredients you will need to make these fritters:
In a medium bowl combine corn, grated mozzarella, eggs, parsley, flour and tuna fridge pot John West. Break the tuna into very small pieces and mash until all ingredients are well combined. Add spices, paprika, Garam Masala, black pepper and salt and to mixture good mix.
Form into small patties and cook on a non-stick pan. Drizzle a little olive oil and cook them for about 5 minutes from each side. Serve Tuna Corn Fritters immediately with sour cream dip and enjoy.
