These pistachio bonbons are nutty, chewy and chocolaty, made with simple ingredients and so versatile. I like how simple these are, and can be made in just under 10 minutes.

How to make Pistachio bonbons

These Pistachio Bonbons are made only with 4 ingredients. Sounds so appealing? Here is how to make it:

  1. Melt white chocolate and transfer chocolate into piping bags. Pipe chocolate into each mold and place it silicone mold into freezer for 5-10 minutes.

2. In the bowl mix ground pistachios, coconut and melted white chocolate (100 grams), mix everything together and knead to sticky mass.

3. Remove mold from freezer and fill remaining half of molds with the pistachio filling. Transfer it to refrigerator for about 15 minutes and let it stiffen up.

4. Remove them the molds and decorate with some rose buds. Store in refrigerator in airtight container up to 4 days.
