In medium bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon powder and rose water. Whisk until everything well combined. Set aside.
Spread cream cheese on one slice first, then add some mozzarella cheese. Top with another toast and press tightly.
Take out your Kunafa pastry, and break it into smaller parts. Place pastry on flat plate to get everything ready.
Carefully dip stuffed toast in the French toast butter, let any excess drip off. Toss French toast into Kunafa and coat from each side genesourly.
Melt butter on pan and cook toast for 3 minutes each side.
Serve with pistachios and maple syrup.
