Fish ‘n Chips: upgraded version

If you haven't tried special sweet chilli seaweed chips yet, it's time to switch! These seaweed chips are a very nutritional and healthy substitution for classic chips and it was much better with them. Are you curious to try them?

Ingredients
  • 1 pack sweet chilli chips
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 grams frozen peas with mint
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and papper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Season fillets from each side with salt and pepper. Dust fish fillets in flour, dip into eggs, and then coat in breadcrumbs. Lay down on the baking tray, light spray with oil from each side.

    Bake it for 20 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare mashed peas puree. frozen peas firstly wash with tap water. Boil about 200 ml water and cook peas for about 10 minutes. Add salt and stick of butter. Remove 2 tablespoons of peas (for serving) rest blend with a hand mixer in a bowl, add fresh mint. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve fish fillets with  peas puree and sweet chilli chips.
