Eib Bonbons

ALMOND BONBONS

A delicate balance of nutty flavors and caramel sweetness, these bonbons are a true Eid delight.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 2 tbsp caramel
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g white chocolate, melted
  • Whole almonds (skin removed)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, peanuts, and crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  2. Add caramel and honey, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  3. Fill half of an oval silicone mold with melted white chocolate.
  4. Add a layer of the almond filling, pressing gently.

  • 100 g white chocolate (for filling)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix milk powder, chopped cranberries, and pistachios in a bowl.
  2. Pour in sweetened condensed milk, white melted chocolate and stir until a thick filling forms.
  3. Fill a bonbon mold with melted white chocolate, coating the sides.
  4. Spoon the milk mixture into the mold and cover with more white chocolate.
  5. Let it set in the fridge, then carefully remove from the mold.
  6. Serve and enjoy the rich, milky sweetness!
