As Eid approaches, there’s something so special about creating sweets that look as beautiful as the celebration itself. These Almond Rose Bonbons are delicate, elegant, and perfect for gifting or serving on your Eid table.
With their soft pink marble finish and smooth chocolate shell, they instantly catch the eye. Then, as you take a bite, you get a rich, nutty centre with a gentle sweetness that makes them hard to stop at just one.

First, melt a small amount of ruby or pink chocolate. Then, lightly spread or brush it into the bottom of your mould to create a soft marble or rose effect. After that, place the mould in the freezer for a few minutes until set.
Next, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Then, pipe or spoon it into the mould, making sure to coat the sides evenly. Afterwards, turn the mould upside down to remove excess chocolate and create a thin shell. Finally, chill again until fully set.
In a bowl, first combine the ground biscuits, coconut, chopped pistachios, and almond flour. Then, add the chopped dried apricots or raisins.
Next, gradually mix in condensed milk until the mixture comes together into a soft, slightly sticky filling. However, be careful not to add too much—you want it to hold shape without becoming too wet.
Once the shells are set, fill each cavity with the prepared almond mixture, pressing it in gently.
Then, seal the bonbons with a thin layer of melted white chocolate. After that, chill until completely firm.
Finally, carefully remove the bonbons from the mould. The result should be glossy, marbled bonbons with a soft, nutty centre.
